Revision
Homilies 1-34 of 34, transcribed from the CCEL ThML transcription of NPNF1-14, which holds both the Homilies on the Gospel of St. John and the Homilies on the Epistle to the Hebrews in one file (matched on their printed div1 titles, never on position — this is the same volume as homiliae-in-joannem-st-john-chrysostom, and John is untouched by this build). The mandatory transcription-integrity audit was run first: a probe-walk word-count audit against the dated 1886-90 scan's OCR (archive.org selectlibraryofn14auguuoft), calibrated with a positive control (a 700-word excision, confirmed detected before trusting any clean result). All 34 divisions carry sequential printed numbers 1-34 with no fusion, and every one closes on its own doxology. The word-count audit's raw pass flagged 28 of the 34 divisions — far more than the volume's John half — because Chrysostom's Hebrews homilies close on an unusually uniform, near-identical doxology formula that repeats across nearly every division and defeats the audit's repeated-phrase heuristics; every flag was individually adjudicated (17 cleared by the standard chain-start-artifact recheck, 6 more confirmed as the doxology repeating verbatim elsewhere in this same volume's Hebrews text, and the remaining 5 read directly at the flagged CCEL text and found to be complete, continuous prose with no discontinuity, including one inline Latin patristic citation that OCRs poorly against the scan). Zero confirmed real holes. Section-numeral leads show zero gaps and zero duplicates across all 34 divisions. Nothing was invented or recovered from OCR — the CCEL transcription's own text is used throughout, unmodified. The work's own text only — Gardiner's editorial footnotes are not transcribed.

A Select Library of the Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers, First Series, Volume XIV — the dated IA scan's own title page reads "VOLUME XIV. SAINT CHRYSOSTOM: HOMILIES ON THE GOSPEL OF ST. JOHN AND THE EPISTLE TO THE HEBREWS. NEW YORK: CHARLES SCRIBNER'S SONS." and "Copyright, 1889, by THE CHRISTIAN LITERATURE COMPANY" — pre-1930 US publication, term long expired; the underlying Oxford Translation (Gardiner's revision) is also long expired. Same volume, same class basis, as the already-published John half (homiliae-in-joannem-st-john-chrysostom); this volume fingerprinted against the dated IA scan selectlibraryofn14auguuoft (title page, copyright date, and per-division text all matched) during this build's transcription-integrity audit.
