Revision
The Church History only (Books I-X, printed pp. 81-387, with the Martyrs of Palestine, pp. 342-356). The same volume's Life of Constantine and Orations are a different translator's work (Richardson) and are not part of this text. Transcribed from the CCEL ThML of NPNF2-1, whose integrity was audited against the dated 1890 scan before this build, which found no body-text loss in any division. Section numbers are McGiffert's marginal numerals as printed, including three places where the print itself skips a numeral (I.7 has no section 16, II.1 no section 6, III.20 no section 3), and each section begins where its numeral stands in the print: every numbered boundary was checked against the page, which moved 47 section openings from where the CCEL text had put them, added the three numerals CCEL lacks (V.21.5, VI.41.23, X.6.5) and removed the numbering CCEL gave to V.25 and VI.45, which the print leaves unnumbered. Where a numeral falls inside an English sentence, following the Greek, the section begins at the nearest sentence. Short chapters that McGiffert prints without section numerals are a single section. Eighteen readings and one chapter title in which the CCEL text departs from the print are corrected to it, each read off the page image. The work's own text only. McGiffert's notes, about three-quarters of the printed volume, are not transcribed, so a reader comparing this text with the printed NPNF will find none of the annotation. Where a note is nothing but a scripture reference identifying the passage Eusebius quotes, that reference is kept as a link at the note's position.
