- Revision
- Printed pp. 681-691, with the translator named in the work's own heading. Transcribed from the CCEL ThML of ANF III, whose integrity was audited against the dated scan (Internet Archive antenicenefather03robe) before this build, which found no body-text loss. ANF prints chapters without numbered sections, so each chapter is one section here. The work's own text only. The translator's and editor's notes are not transcribed; where a note is nothing but a scripture reference identifying the passage Tertullian quotes, that reference is kept as a link at the note's position. One reading in which the CCEL text departs from the print is corrected to it, read off the page image.
